A children’s book featuring our family and some of the animals that we care for at Nurture to Nature is in the final stages of completion before printing. This children’s book is expected to be the first of a series of picture books featuring animal shenanigans and providing entertainment and bonding experiences for families. The author, illustrator, and publisher are all generously sharing their time, talents, and resources with us and donating their work so that all profits support our cause. Our financial responsibility for this endeavor consists of funding the printing of the books. Our hope to have the printing costs fully covered by sponsors would provide Nurture to Nature with a total profit of $20,000. The books will be available for purchase on our website and at fundraising events, book signings, and more. Special readings of the children’s book will be offered to daycares, preschools, and elementary schools along with our current educational programs which would provide the opportunity for children to meet a couple of the animals in the story. We are seeking financial contributions to cover the cost of $8,750. We would love if you would partner with us to make this project a reality and ensure some of the finances needed to continue caring for Kentucky-native wildlife. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and, as a 501(c)3 organization, your donation is tax-deductible. As a thank you, all contributors will receive an invitation to our official book launch. Financial contributors donating $1000+ will receive a signed copy of the children’s book and will have their name or company name listed in the book.

Nurture to Nature Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Owensboro, KY is excited to share about an opportunity that you and/or your company may be interested in financially contributing to that supports the rehabilitation of Kentucky-native wildlife and community educational programs while molding the minds of young children and encouraging quality time between young children and their parents. Nurture to Nature is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and releases Kentucky-native wildlife. Along with the rehabilitation of orphaned and injured wildlife, educational programs are provided to schools, groups, and events in the community featuring animals that are permanently cared for and used as educational ambassadors due to situations that leave them unable to survive in the wild. We are excited about a unique project that was presented to us a few months ago that will help financially support our rehabilitation and education efforts in the community.
